Endovascular treatment of thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms (TAAA) with fenestrated-branched endovascular aneurysm repair (F/B-EVAR) has gained increasing acceptance in patients with suitable anatomy. These techniques have resulted in superior perioperative outcomes when compared to traditional open repair. Patient selection, meticulous preoperative planning, and proper device design are critical to ensure successful treatment.
